Condolences for Arlene G. Walter
It is with great sadness that American Legion Auxiliary Unit 52 of Roy L. Vinyers Post 52 acknowledges the passing of our beloved honorary lifetime member, Arlene Walter.
We extend our deepest condolences to their family and friends during this difficult time.
We are eternally grateful for their dedicated service to our Unit, our community, and our nation. Their selflessness and sacrifices have left an indelible mark on all of us. As a symbol of our profound respect and appreciation, a donation will be made in their name to the Emma Brzazowski Scholarship Fund, a cause close to the heart of our Auxiliary. This scholarship supports the education of future generations, a legacy of service that they would have undoubtedly championed.
They will be remembered not only for their contributions but also for their unwavering spirit and commitment to the values of the American Legion Auxiliary: veterans, families, and community. We will miss their presence but will forever cherish the memories we shared.
In deepest sympathy,
The Members of American Legion Auxiliary Unit 52

On behalf of my mom, Vi who was Arlene's cousin, we share our condolences to Arlene's family. Mom often spoke of the laughter and joy she & Arlene shared growing up and yes, growing old. Thanks to Karen Leis, the cousins reunited a few times in recent years and the giggles Mom & Arlene shared were contagious, and beloved.
Arlene has been an inspiration and a delight and she will be missed. A life well lived, well loved.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to Poppy as we called her and her Families. Our parents were Bernie and Marian Meyer and your Mom would call our dad every June 1,cuz they shared the same birthday and of course class of 1942.
