Obituary for Darrell Joseph Dvorak


Darrell Joseph Dvorak, 79, of Mishicot, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on December 1, 2025, after his battle with Alzheimer’s. Darrell passed with his wife Beverly by his side in La Crosse, WI.

Darrell was born on June 3, 1946, to Ralph & Caroline Dvorak. He married his high school sweetheart, Beverly Dvorak (Princl) on July 17, 1971. He attended the University of Wisconsin, La Crosse to earn his Bachelor’s Degree, and served in the United States Army where he was stationed in Oklahoma, Fort Sill.

Darrell & Beverly moved to Delafield, WI where they built their home and had two beautiful children, Kathryn & Adam.

Darrell was known for his warmth and generosity, always willing to lend a helping hand any time someone was in need. He was a hard worker, always making sure his family was taken care of. He enjoyed being outdoors, and was active in things like fishing, hiking, skiing, running, & hunting. He had a love for animals and was always seen with his dog by his side. He will be forever cherished in the hearts of everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents Ralph & Caroline and his brother David. He was survived by his wife Beverly, his brothers Robert & Joseph, his children Adam and Kathryn.

To honor Darrell’s wishes, there will be no funeral services. His family invites you to please privately celebrate Darrell in a way that means most to you. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family would appreciate Darrell’s memory be honored by donations to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Monroe County Dog Shelter in Sparta, WI.
