Condolences for Constance "Connie" Erickson

Grandma was the sweetest person I've ever known. She lived a life as a teacher, a mother, a caregiver and a genuinely kind person. I really wish I'd spent more time with you. I'm so sorry I didn't. I'm sorry you never got to see me graduate. I'll make it there. I promise. You were always there for everyone in my family when we needed it. Your passing has affected us all deeply, we all miss you. I still ride by your house every now and then. I miss thanksgiving and christmas at your house, I miss cleaning the basement with you. I miss your laugh and I miss your hugs. I'd do anything to get subway and go shopping with you one more time. I love you.

Ramon, I am so sorry for your loss. Connie was such an important person on committees and I was glad to get to know her even for a short time. My thoughts and prayers are with you. God bless her memory.

I worked with Connie at Logan Middle School in La Crosse. She worked with students who needed some extra help with reading and I worked with students who had needs in speech and language, so Connie and I shared goals in helping kids succeed. She was always patient and kind as a teacher, and helpful and knowledgeable as a colleague. My sympathy to all her family and friends.

So many memories of Aunt Connie over the years. She was so loving and caring for all her family. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers to all. Rest in peace, Aunt Connie.

I am very sorry to hear of Connie's passing. Our friendship began in North Mankato, Mn in our grade school years. The three of us. Carol, Connie and myself. Connie was the "mature one", when she had enough our "immaturity", she put her hands on her hips and said, "all right for you guys." And we all had a big laugh. Years later, Connie moved to Moorhead, Mn. That didn't stop us from getting together. The move to La Crosse made it easier. We met Connie and Ramone at the Hubbell house in Mantorville, and had lunches at Carol's in Mankato and my house in Prior Lake. Cards were sent for each birthday and Christmas through all these years. We will miss you, dear friend.
