Condolences for Vernal "Vern" Hegenbart

I was not expecting to see Vern's death notice in last weeks paper. I had been praying for God to take him from this world to heaven where he would no longer be in pain. I met Vern when I would go to his home to clean and do his typing. He was not afraid to stand up for children before they were born. He would tell it "like it was". I respected him for that. I had the pleasure of meeting his "older" brother Virgil and his sister Susan. It was evident that both cared for him. I did not have the pleasure of meeting all the rest of his family, but I heard about them quite often. May Vern rest in peace. I will be keeping you in my prayers.
