Obituary for Timothy M. Gabrielson

Timothy M. Gabrielson, 67, passed away peacefully Sunday, October 24, 2021 after a long illness. He was born December 20, 1953 to Myron and Cozette Gabrielson and was a lifelong resident of La Crosse. Tim owned and operated Timmy G.’s bar on 3rd St. He worked in the construction industry the remainder of his life and was most notably known for his craftsman like painting. He was an avid sports fan especially any WI team and most notably the Green Bay Packers (he was a Packers stockholder) and he loved to golf. He was an avid, skilled Dart player and enjoyed the competitive and social life that came with being part of a Dart League. He rarely missed a Holiday or birthday gathering with family and will be missed. He is survived by his brother, Mark Gabrielson (Jill Noel) of Onalaska, and sisters, Pam Gabrielson and Paula Gabrielson both of La Crosse and someone special, Brandon. He was preceded in death by his parents. The family would like to thank the caring and heartwarming staff of Hillview Health Care Center, La Crosse. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Children’s Miracle Network or the American Cancer Society. A memorial service will be held at 12:00 pm, on Wednesday, Nov. 10, 2021, at the Jandt-Fredrickson Funeral Home, Woodruff Chapel, La Crosse (4239 Mormon Coulee Rd). A visitation will be from 10 am until the time of service at the funeral home. A private burial will be a later date.
