Obituary for David G. Henke

David G. Henke, 65, passed away on February 23, 2023, at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse. David was born on November 30, 1957, to George and Bertella Henke in Milwaukee, WI. Later, he moved to La Crosse, WI. He enjoyed watching westerns, American Ninja Warrior and following the Green Bay Packers. David also enjoyed going for car rides and stopping for ice cream. A special thanks to his Inclusa team and to all the dedicated care providers who gave exceptional care to him over the years. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his Aunt Helen Heiser, of La Crosse. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 3, 2023 from 3:00pm - 5:00 pm at the Fredrickson Funeral Home, Woodruff Chapel, 4239 Mormon Coulee Road, La Crosse. David's cremated remains will be interred at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Milwaukee at a later date. Online condolences may be offered on this website.
