Obituary for Richard "Neat Kid" Frisch
Richard was born on November 30, 1942 to Helen (Luedke) and Adolf Frisch. He graduated from Central High School in La Crosse. When he was a young man, Richard would enjoy visiting his junior relatives, buying pizza, and then “dipping” into his pockets to give change to the kids. Richard was a fireman in La Crosse and he also served in the U.S. Navy. He loved dogs, had several beloved Shih Tzus as pets, and also once bought his mother 5 poodles: one in every color. Richard greatly enjoyed riding his bike around Onalaska, where he lived for years. He also loved attending family cookouts and local buffets. He always showed up to a gathering with a smile, a joke, and a huge appetite.
Survivors include: his brothers Robert (Nancy) Frisch, his niece Kathy Grosskopf, and nephews Tony, Eric, and Stefan Frisch, along with numerous cousins. Richard was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Ronald (Nancy) Frisch.
Richard was truly one of a kind, and we will cherish the memories and moments we had with him.
