Norman J. Raisbeck, 89, of La Crosse, passed away February 9, 2025, at Springbrook Assisted Living in La Crescent, Minn.

A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, February 13, 2025, at Fredrickson Funeral Home, Woodruff Chapel, 4239 Mormon Coulee Rd., La Crosse.

Burial with military honors will follow in Mormon Coulee Memorial Park Cemetery, La Crosse; military honors to be rendered by the United States Marine Corps Funeral Honor Guard and the American Legion.

Friends and family are invited to a visitation from 10:00 a.m., until the time of service, Thursday, at the funeral home.
